Why I’m Running

Ward pihêsiwin is one of Edmonton’s most exciting and fastest-growing areas, home to families, seniors, and businesses working together to build their future here. I’m proud to live in this ward because I love our community and the ways we continue to show up for one another.

As our community grows, we need a City Plan that addresses our changing needs and a City Hall that provides us with the services we deserve, such as accessible, available, and safe transit, congestion-free roads, and systems that support business growth rather than hindering it. This campaign is about understanding the strengths of Ward pihêsiwin and ensuring that City Hall understands it too.

I’m running as your independent candidate to stay accountable only to you, so every decision I make puts our community first. I’ll bring a results-driven approach that ends recurring planning failures and ensures every tax dollar spent delivers real value, better roads, reliable transit, and safe, connected communities.

Together, we can make City Hall more responsive, efficient, and focused on results.

My Priorities for Ward pihêsiwin

Taxes: Accountability and Value

Edmontonians are paying more but not seeing the results. I’ll make sure every dollar is managed responsibly, cutting waste and tying spending directly to improvements people can see and use.

Economy: Supporting Local Jobs and Businesses

Small businesses and entrepreneurs face delays and inefficiencies at City Hall. I’ll push for efficient, responsive services that let businesses grow, create jobs, and give people clear pathways to opportunity.

Infrastructure: Smarter Investment, Real Results

Too many projects drag on, cost more than promised, and disrupt daily life. I’ll push for infrastructure that’s built to last, transit that keeps up with growth, and city-wide planning that saves money and reduces disruption for communities and businesses.

Community Safety and Connection

Safety starts with prevention and support. I’ll strengthen community leagues, expand youth programs, improve wraparound services, and ensure sidewalks, trails, and public spaces are well-lit, welcoming, and secure for everyone.

My commitment to transparency

Edmontonians deserve accountability. While candidates are only required to disclose donations after Election Day, I will publish all contributions publicly before October 20, 2025. Transparency shouldn’t be an afterthought.
